About Us

We grew up surrounded by creativity and craftsmanship. Our mother, was a true artist when it came to South Asian fashion. She had an incredible eye for detail—handpicking fabrics, curating color palettes, and adding thoughtful touches to make each outfit both beautiful and personal. Watching her transform materials into meaningful pieces sparked our own love for thoughtful design.

Though we pursued careers in healthcare, our love for fashion never faded. We’d spend hours sketching ideas, experimenting with fabrics, and daydreaming about a space where modesty and elegance could coexist. Over time, this passion grew into a vision, and that vision became Rawdah.

We loved dressing with intention and style—but quickly realized how difficult it was to find clothing that struck the right balance: full coverage, modest yet modern, elegant yet effortless. Too often, what we found was too sheer, too tight, too short. We weren’t alone in this and so many women around us were looking for the same thing.

Rawdah was born from that gap in the market and in our wardrobes. We wanted designs that offered the right length and coverage, upheld our standards of modesty, and still felt luxurious, and versatile. Looks you could wear just as confidently to a family gathering as you could to a formal dinner party or brunch with friends.

We now craft intentionally small collections using ethically sourced fabrics and intricate hand done details by our skilled artisans, always prioritizing quality over quantity.
