Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to assist you. Please review the information below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Window: You have 5 days from the delivery date to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period. Please note that all final sale items (e.g., discounted or promotional items) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns: 
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
1. Unworn, unwashed, and unused
2. No stains, odors, or damages
3. Tags still attached
4. In its original packaging
5. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

How to Request a Return:
Please reach out to us at shop@rawdah.ca within 5 days of receiving your order.
Ensure the item meets all eligibility criteria before requesting a return.
We kindly ask that you request approval before sending items back, as we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Return Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your return within 4-5 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order for the one you desire.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Late Returns: Returns received after the 5-day period are eligible for store credit only.
